The Takagi TK3 tankless water heater, taking up only 2.2 cubic feet of space, is about the size of a suitcase. This allows for installation in spaces with limited area or in locations closer to the point of use. This means less travel-time through pipes. Less wasted water and energy!

Capable of handling water flows ranging from 0.5 - 7.0 gallons per minute, with heating capability of 11,000 to 199,000 BTU, the Takagi Flash TK3 water heater has the widest range on the market, all controlled by a computer board and sensors checking for flow, temperature and demand. Water is only heated as it is used, without need for a holding tank to waste energy. Computer controlled electronic ignition allows the Takagi TK3 gas water heater to operate without a pilot light and save up to 50% off utility costs.
Safety is constantly monitored internally with an advanced system of circuits and sensors constantly checking for over or under-heating, freeze conditions, gas levels, water levels, even air and venting conditions.

WARRANTY
- 10 years on the Heat Exchanger.

TEMPERATURE REMOTE
Includes: gallons per minute flow rate moving through the heater, incoming water temperature (degrees F), outlet water temperature (F). Has two functions, setting temperature between 95°F and 167°F and diagnostic tool. You can run up to 100 feet of 18 GA shielded t-stat wire and put remote in some convenient place, like kitchen or bathroom.
