The B050 roller press--smallest yet on the market--has been designed specifically for research and small laboratory projects. It is an inexpensive, versatile and useful tool to provide data for improving the performance of existing compacting or briquetting operations or implementing new ones.
The Model B100R is specifically designed for research and development work. Cantilevered roll design allows different roll and feeder configurations can be tested in a matter of minutes. A motor control panel with speed and readouts of roll and feeder speeds and loads standard. The standard material of construction for the rolls and feed screw is AISI type 4400. This material offers a good combination of abrasion and corrosion resistance for all lab use. Other materials of construction can be supplied upon request.
The B220B is a versatile machine with cantilevered rolls and facilitate roll changes. Common applications are powder metals and fine chemicals. Typical capacities are 0.25 to 2 tones per hour depending on the material characteristics.
Features: Separation of the process zone from the mechanical area of the equipment.
Product contact assemblies are all stainless steel, easily removable for quick setup changes, cleaning and sterilization.
Integrated mixing system allows small batch preparation followed by direct loading into the screw feeder.
Continuous display of all important process parameters with output to data acquisition system.
Multiple roll configurations available for briquetting or compacting applications.
