Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Shipping and Freight

Q.  How can I get the least expensive rate?

A.  To get the best rate for truck freight shipping you can pick up the item at a local freight terminal or commercial drop point. A residential delivery is usually $50 more than a business delivery, and, a lift gate (which  drops the goods off at ground level), is another $75.

Q.  What if I need assistance brining the item into my home?

A.  Inside delivery is usually available for an additional charge. Just let us know and we will make sure you get the help you need.

Q.  Is the shipping cost I see on my order correct?

A.   Our system will tell you the cost of sending an item UPS ground. If your item cannot be sent UPS ground, which means it is over 70 lbs or needs special attention, we will contact you to make other arrangements for shipping.

Q.  What if I need a quote before I purchase?

A.  We will be glad to provide a freight quote for any item. Just give us a call or send an email!
