Basic Solar III Photovoltaic Hands-on Workshop

Bronx Community College of the City University of New York, April 19-21, 2001. In this Earth Day Weekend event, Richard Komp of MESEA and Charles Ewing and John Burke of SEADS will give a intensive three day course-workshop on photovoltaics. The free Friday evening lecture will discuss the manufacture and working of solar cells while the $60 two day workshop will include hands-on construction of small PV modules as wellas an overview of PV system sizing, batteries, inverters and systems for residential and commercial applicaions.
